PE Fun

This term in PE we have been using the giant parachute.  Working as a team and developing our listening skills, we have even learned how to make a tent!

World Book Day

Wow! The children all looked amazing in their story book character costumes. We had a lovely day reading lots of stories, singing nursery rhymes and doing craft activities.

A New Year and New Friends

Everyone in Nursery has been delighted at how well our new January starters have settled in and been welcomed by our established children. We have been having lots of fun in our new indoor water tray, taking part in daily ‘dough disco’ sessions and making pizza.  

What a Very Busy and Exciting Half Term!

Foundation Stage Sports Day

Yesterday we enjoyed taking part in sports day. Although it was very hot and sunny, with regular stops for water and a rest in the shade, we were able to complete all of the activities. Planting in Nursery

Now that the warmer weather has arrived we have been busy planting in our Nursery garden. This week the children have planted flowers, strawberries, potatoes and courgettes. We have also planted cress to take home and look after as part of our homework tasks. We will hopefully get to eat some egg and cress sandwiches!
