Yesterday our Reception children visited Whitehouse Farm for a winter wonderland adventure. They were lucky enough to visit Santa Claus and explore Christmas traditions. There were many animals to see in different habitats and the children all had a magical time! Needless to say, their behaviour was perfect and all of our 7 Rs were in evidence all day! Well done everyone.
On Monday, our Y4 pupils visited Jarrow Hall as part of their historical studies. The educational learning experiences they encountered during the day will really help to bring learning to life back in the classroom and it was lovely hearing about their day when they returned to school.
History is a strength at Newsham Primary School and we are so lucky that with your support, we are able to provide the children with these wonderful experiences.
