On Wednesday Y 4 visited Jarrow Hall where they explored an Anglo-Saxon village, met the animals on the farm and listened to the legend of Beowulf around the fire. They also took part in workshops learning about crime and punishment in Anglo-Saxon times and took part in a real fake battle!
