Geography Learning Ladders
Geography Learning Ladders are a fun, carefully planned and progressive programme to teach your child geographical facts, and then set them on a pathway to exploring learning all about the world. We use the ladders in school, and now you can use them at home too.
Use the Learning Ladder Grid to help you identify which rung you need to focus on. Try to complete as many steps as you can, but remember—it’s not a race! To make sure you truly understand the facts and can recall them later, keep reviewing your work regularly. Even better, try teaching the information to someone else; it’s one of the best ways to strengthen your learning. The video guides are extremely helpful and explain how to use the ladders.
