Young Carers as a fantastic organisation who provide support and opportunities for people who help out at home. There are many children in our school who are classed as Young Carers. Some help out with family members who have disabilities, elderly relatives who need support, or just assist their big, busy families!
The school has been recognised for its links with Young Carers, and we are very proud of that.
If you believe you have a child in your family that fulfils the duties of a Young Carer, let us know and we can recognise their contribution. As well as the support they will receive from the group, they can also get free passes to things like the leisure centre and Lilidorie at Alnwick Gardens.
