Y2 – Multi-Skills Event

Dear parent/carer,

Y2 are taking part in a Multi-Skills Event at Blyth Sports Centre organised by the Schools Sport Partnership during the morning of Thursday 2^nd April 2026.

We will be walking to and from the Sports Centre.  We are asking if all pupils can bring a packed lunch on this day to have when we return to school following the event, as this will be after our usual lunch sitting.  Under the universal school meal scheme, your child is entitled to a meal in school each day.  If you would like your child to have a school packed lunch, please order this via School Grid.

Please ensure your child comes into school in their PE uniform (plain red t-shirt, black shorts). You must ensure all jewellery and hair accessories are removed and you may also wish to provide them with an extra drink of water.

As you have already filled in the annual “blanket” consent form your child has permission to attend this event. Photographs may be taken at this event and we will use the permission we already have on your child’s completed annual consent form. Your child will not be included in any photographs if you did not consent to this on the annual consent form. If you wish to change your consent please contact the school office.
