In Year 6, we gathered and measured our own ingredients then followed a method accurately to produce a homemade loaf of bread. We let it prove for an hour then Mrs Weaver kindly baked it in her oven for us. We ate it all up in the afternoon and compared it to a shop-bought loaf which we tasted too! Which one do you think the children preferred?
