Year 2 had a fantastic time exploring the Great North Museum. We enjoyed looking at the different exhibits and were particularly interested in the variety of animals there. The children put their biology knowledge into action as we identified what classification the animals we saw belonged to and looked for clues of their habitat based on the adaptations that we saw. We even got to touch lots of the animals in our workshop too! The children displayed the Newsham Way brilliantly throughout!
