The sun came out for Year 4’s Ingram Valley trip! We spent half of our day in the river, conducting speed and depth tests as well as collecting and identifying the animals that live within it. Then, we walked up to the Brough Law Iron Age Hillfort and created a field sketch of the view, discussing how the river had shaped the landscape.
